Andersen is hiring a NetSuite Team Lead for a project leading the migration and optimization of a NetSuite ERP platform while driving system improvements and delivery.
The customer is a company that provides technology-enabled operational solutions designed to help organizations improve efficiency, optimize business processes, and support sustainable growth. It works with businesses across various industries, delivering integrated services that enhance operational performance, simplify complex workflows, and enable organizations to adapt to evolving business needs.
The project is focused on migrating, configuring, and optimizing a new NetSuite ERP environment. It includes system integrations, customization assessment, and technical validation to ensure a smooth migration and alignment with NetSuite best practices.
Responsibilities
Owning the overall NetSuite solution architecture and design decisions.
Defining migration approach and validate blind migration strategy.
Reviewing existing NetSuite configuration, workflows, scripts, and customizations.
Identifying opportunities to replace custom solutions with NetSuite out-of-the-box capabilities.
Leading functional walkthroughs and gap analysis sessions.
Supporting decisions around (Finance; Order-to-Cash; Procure-to-Pay; Inventory/WMS; Manufacturing; Reporting; Integrations).
Ensuring alignment between: BRD requirements; NetSuite capabilities; project scope; delivery roadmap.
Reviewing solution impact of Change Requests.
Supporting client stakeholders with ERP best-practice guidance.
Providing architectural guidance for integrations and data migration.
Requirements
NetSuite implementation experience for 5+ years.
Proven experience as NetSuite Solution Architect / Lead Consultant.
Experience with NetSuite migration projects.
Strong knowledge of NetSuite OneWorld.
Experience leading ERP discovery and gap analysis.
Strong understanding of business processes: Finance; Supply Chain; Manufacturing; Procurement.
Experience evaluating OOTB vs customization approaches.
Experience communicating with C-level stakeholders.
Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate+ and above.
Nice to have
NetSuite Certified SuiteCloud Developer.
NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant.
Experience with manufacturing organizations.
Experience with international rollouts.
Experience with separation / carve-out ERP projects.
