Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage relationships with national key clients.
• Implement and execute key account strategies across Kazakhstan.
• Lead negotiations with key clients and agree on commercial terms and contracts.
• Ensure achievement of sales targets and key commercial KPIs.
• Develop and implement joint business plans with key accounts.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitors’ activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance).
• Monitor execution of agreements and ensure compliance with contract terms.
Requirements:
• Higher education.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Key Account Management.
• Experience working as a Key Account Manager / National Key Account Manager in international or large companies.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Experience in developing and executing commercial strategies with key clients.
• Analytical mindset and result-oriented approach.
• English proficiency will be considered an advantage.
