✦ Role Mission:
Build and scale next-gen backend systems powering global mining operations.
✦ Key Responsibilities:
Develop backend services in Go.
Design high-concurrency, real-time systems.
Handle long-lived TCP connections & workload distribution.
Contribute to scalable architecture decisions.
Operate production workloads in Kubernetes.
✦ Requirements:
3+ years backend engineering experience.
Strong Golang proficiency.
Experience with high-concurrency network services.
Hands-on Docker & Kubernetes (deployments, scaling).
Solid understanding of data structures & performance tuning.
Comfortable in Linux environments.
Experience with distributed & high-availability systems.
English (written & reading).
