Middle+/Senior Backend Developer

Creally.io is a AI-native influencer marketing platform. We enable our customers to find, outreach and negotiate deals with creators at scale. Creally is being used by a dozen of companies and we're preparing for a rapid growth where we need to have a strong backend developer who can build and maintain scalable backend infrastructure, work with data pipelines, parsers, LLMs and so on.
Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years of professional experience in backend development
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, NestJS framework, and TypeScript
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL and Prisma ORM for database design and optimization
• Hands-on experience with message queues (Bull, or similar) and event-driven architectures
• Experience building data parsers and web scraping solutions
• Proficiency with Docker containerization and orchestration
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or similar)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proactivity, ability to challenge status quo
• Strong communication skills to thrive in a remote, multicultural team
• English - B1 and higher
• Russian
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with AI/ML integrations and working with neural networks (OpenAI API, Claude Code, etc.)
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, SQS, RDS)
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of data processing patterns and ETL pipelines
• Knowledge of security best practices and authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT)
Responsibilities
• Design, develop and maintain scalable B2B backend services and APIs using NestJS and TypeScript
• Build and optimize data processing pipelines, parsers, and queue-based systems for high-volume data handling
• Implement robust message queue architectures for asynchronous processing and system integration
• Design and maintain PostgreSQL database schemas using Prisma ORM
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployment pipelines
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices
