Middle AI Python Developer

We are looking for a Middle AI Python Developer to join our engineering team and help build scalable AI-powered solutions.
Responsibilities
Design and develop AI-powered applications and services using Python.
Build and maintain scalable distributed systems and high-load applications.
Develop AI agents, RAG solutions, and MCP-based integrations.
Work with LangGraph, LangChain, ADK, STT, TTS, and related AI technologies.
Design cloud, hybrid, and on-premise architectures.
Create architecture diagrams, workflow descriptions, and technical documentation.
Implement communication solutions using WebSocket, WebRTC, HTTP, polling, and related protocols.
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and conduct demos.
Participate in task estimation, planning, and solution design.
Requirements
3+ years of experience with Python.
Experience with cloud, hybrid, and on-premise architectures.
Strong understanding of distributed systems, system design, and serverless architectures.
Experience with message brokers and high-load systems.
Hands-on experience with MCP, AI agents, and RAG.
Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, ADK, and AI-related SDKs.
Understanding of data workflows, ML workflows, and database selection principles.
Ability to prepare technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
Good verbal English communication and presentation skills.
Experience communicating with clients and working with business requirements.
Experience with task decomposition and project estimation.
