About the job:
Maintain and develop and improve Metal/Wet processes. SPC CPK target>1.33
Daily Dispose nonconforming lots on time. Meet OTD & Yield
Perform DOE’s and other tests. Perform failure analysis on lots or wafers as required for yield improvement. Meet Probe yield
Supply data and work together with related departments to target yield improvement and cost reduction
Process/operation SOP set up and training for operators and related people for stable and quality products.
About you:
Bachelor or university degree in Engineering
At least 2-3 years wafer Fab experience.
Knowledge metal/wet process.
Good writing skill in Chinese and English
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of DOE and SPC techniques.
Knowledge of YMS.
