We’re Hiring at Deepen: Marketing Manager
At Deepen, we’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Director to lead and scale our marketing efforts. If you know how to build systems, generate consistent leads, and turn strategy into measurable growth — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy
- Lead brand positioning and messaging
- Manage and grow the marketing team
- Oversee content, digital campaigns, performance marketing, and partnerships
- Build and optimize lead generation funnels
- Analyze data, KPIs, and campaign performance to drive ROI
- Collaborate closely with sales and product teams
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of proven marketing experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience building and executing marketing strategies from scratch
- Deep understanding of digital marketing (SMM, paid ads, email, funnels, analytics)
- Analytical mindset and data-driven decision making
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in B2B marketing is a strong plus
- Ability to work full-time in office (9:00–18:00, 5/2 format)

Compensation:
