Responsibilities:
• Manage marketing projects across online and offline channels (planning, budgeting, execution, timeline control, documentation, performance tracking, improvements implementation etc.)
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives, including BTL activities, loyalty programs, retail branding, and digital campaigns
• Drive e-commerce and marketplace development (content optimization, advertising campaigns, analytics, conversion improvement)
• Efficiently and timely manage all the projects’ related documentation (contractual, closing, supporting)
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior
• Evaluate digital/e-com marketing campaign effectiveness and prepare reports and dashboards
• Support e-com pricing and promotional strategies to maintain optimal profitability
• Coordinate with distributors, external agencies, and internal cross-functional teams
• Optimize marketing processes and implement automation tools (CRM, 1C, analytics platforms, etc.)
Requirements:
• Higher education (Marketing, Economics, Management, or related field)
• Proven experience managing marketing projects in both online and offline environments
• Experience working with marketplaces and digital marketing tools
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Deep knowledge of Russian advertising legislation together with proper documentation flow
