About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing & Growth Researcher to lead research initiatives that drive customer acquisition, product adoption, retention, and brand growth. In this role, you will own the design and execution of research programs that uncover customer insights, evaluate marketing effectiveness, and inform key business decisions.
You will work closely with growth, marketing, product, and leadership teams to understand consumer behavior, identify growth opportunities, and translate complex findings into actionable recommendations. This role also includes mentoring junior researchers and helping build scalable research frameworks and best practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead growth-focused research initiatives, including studies on customer acquisition, referral behavior, network effects, retention, and product adoption.
- Design and manage qualitative and quantitative research projects from end to end, including methodology development, timelines, fieldwork oversight, analysis, and reporting.
- Oversee and guide the execution of Brand Health Tracking (BHT), Net Promoter Score (NPS), ad effectiveness studies, Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), and In-Depth Interviews (IDIs).
- Analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Partner with marketing, growth, product, and strategy teams to address key business questions and support decision-making.
- Review and elevate research outputs to ensure quality, accuracy, and strategic relevance.
- Mentor and develop Research Executives through coaching, feedback, and project guidance.
- Build and improve research frameworks, templates, and processes to enhance consistency and scalability.
- Stay informed on consumer, market, and industry trends to identify emerging opportunities and risks.
Qualifications
Required
- 5–7 years of experience in marketing research, consumer insights, or related research roles, either agency-side or client-side.
- Strong experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Proven ability to independently design and execute research projects from problem definition to final recommendations.
- Experience presenting findings and influencing decisions among senior stakeholders.
- Experience leading projects and mentoring or managing junior team members.
- Strong analytical, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Deep understanding of the Philippine consumer market.
