Nature and aim of the position
The Marketing and Partnership Manager will spearhead all Marketing and Business Intelligences products, implement strategic objective to position Global Blue as a strategic partner for retailers, shopping malls, financial institutions, and tourism board.
The Manager will support the local sales team in the full aspect of Marketing and Business Intelligence process, providing analysis, recommendations, content and governance.
Main duties and responsibilities
Marketing & Communication:
Sales enablement missions:Relay and localize centrally-produced sales material (PPT, videos, etc) to the local sales team, and create local sales materials to support local products or initiatives
Identify local success cases with clients, get approval and create local client success cases with the support of the Marketing central team
Alignment and execution of all marketing collaterals and any publicity collaterals in accordance with corporate guidelines. Develop and manage marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers and e-newsletters
Supports/Coach the Account Managers in the sales process of Marketing products
Content management missions:Identify relevant local content to share with central teams for central Linkedin and/or website news publication;
Produce local newsletters and track clients engagement
Verify content for GB website and partner websites as needed
Event coordination mission:Organize local B2B marketing events, based on central teams guidelines. Coordinate the logistics, the invitations and follow up.
Content will be either provided by central teams and localized; or could be fully produced locally.
Oversee the entire lifecycle of projects from brainstorming to launch and post-mortem reporting for merchant events
CRM missions:Track local contacts growth and engagement level;
Support sales teams in setting up relevant sales campaigns and reports, with the help of the central team
Marketing, A&P and PR missions:Assist Project Manager in strategizing and executing marketing plans & activities for B2B and B2C campaigns
Project management for promotional campaigns: coordination with clients and designer for artwork; production of collaterals; translations, etc
Managing Marketing budget, including detailed monitoring of all marketing expenses
Management of all marketing collateral inventory, together with Business Support team
Manage local PR plan consistent with Group guidelines & targets
Oversee the entire lifecycle of projects and promotions from brainstorming to launch and post-mortem reporting
Identify opportunities, execute marketing activities, and take greater ownership of projects
Achieve local sales targets for marketing products curated by the Central Marketing team, such as eDM, digital storefronts, etc.
Business Intelligence:
Fully responsible for achieving sales target for business intelligence products
Product lifecycle management
Generate and present data for clients and management meetings
Account Management for key non-retail customers: shopping malls, business associations, tourism board, strategic business partners and financial institutes
Generate and present data for external meetings, including SG Trends and other relevant insights. Assist and support the team with SG trends data analysis.
Relates and cooperates mainly with
Country Managing Director
Local Commercial Team
Other Company Functions Regionally and Globally, e.g. Legal, Technology, Product (Tax Free Shopping, Payment & DCC) Functions, Trade Marketing, Traveler Engagement, Operations
External stakeholders – key / prospective clients and business partners
Background and Education
At least 4 years of practical experience in marketing driving new initiatives / services with focus on consultative mindset and approach in understanding issues / gaps. Experience in marketing positions in Retail or Luxury sector is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
Excellent organizational, decision-making, problem-solving skills and strategic mindset

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence decision makers with proposals and effective communication
Strong proofreading, editing and grammar skills are required
Good MS Office products knowledge
