Who You Are
You are:
A battle tested SDR/BDR leader with a proven history of exceeding pipeline targets
A strong coach who actively joins calls, dissects cadences, and raises the bar daily
Comfortable managing distributed, global teams across time zones
Data-driven, execution-focused, and relentless about performance
Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, results-oriented SaaS environment
What You’ll Do
Lead & Execute
Lead and manage 8 to 10 SDR Teams supporting EMEA, Middle East & APAC
Own SDR pipeline generation, ensuring consistent contribution to revenue targets
Drive aggressive outbound and inbound execution across regions
Coach & Develop
Actively coach SDRs
Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and development planning
Build a strong bench of future Team Leads and Managers
Operate & Optimize
Establish, track, and enforce clear KPIs (pipeline, conversion, activity quality, velocity)
Ensure Salesforce hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and reporting discipline
Continuously refine process, tools, and playbooks to increase efficiency and conversion
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align strategy and execution
Build Culture
Create a high-performance, high-accountability culture
Set clear expectations, address underperformance decisively, and recognize excellence
Foster continuous learning, competition, and growth
Experience You’ll Bring
3+ years managing SDR/BDR teams in SaaS or high-tech environments
Proven success consistently hitting or exceeding pipeline targets
Strong track record of coaching SDRs into top performers and promotions
Deep experience with Salesforce, plus tools like Gong, Outreach/SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Strong analytical skills — comfortable managing by data, not anecdotes
Excellent communication skills with the confidence to lead across cultures and geographies
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, performance-driven organization
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
