Manager, Network Planning / Scheduling

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimize the airline’s route network and flight schedules.
• Analyze demand, load factor, and route performance to support network decisions.
• Plan aircraft utilization and coordinate schedules with Operations, Revenue Management, and Crew Planning teams.
• Support new route evaluation, including basic business case and profitability analysis.
• Ensure schedules comply with operational and regulatory requirements. Requirements:
• Higher education (aviation, economics, transport, finance or related).
• 3+ years of experience in Network Planning / Scheduling within an airline.
• Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel required.
• Experience with airline planning systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Navitaire, AIMS, etc.) is an advantage.
• Good understanding of airline economics and scheduling principles.
• English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.
