As the senior People leader for Armenia, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the country’s HR strategy, driving employee experience, talent management, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to translate organizational goals into people strategies
Act as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership challenges
Lead talent management initiatives, succession planning, and leadership development programs
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives using people analytics and HR insights
Manage and develop the Armenia People team while championing AI adoption across HR processes
Requirements
10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
Proven track record in senior People leadership roles within complex organizations
Strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and influencing skills
Deep knowledge of Armenian labor legislation and HR regulations
Experience in multinational or technology companies is highly preferred
Fluent Armenian and English; Russian is a strong advantage
