Обязанности:
• Coordinate overall program delivery against the expectations of cost and schedule
• Identify ideas for improved business performance around maintenance’s 30/30/30 strategy
• Development of business case and impact for performance improvement opportunities
• Develop tactical plans for implementation and execution
• Maintain continuous performance metrics against Business Plan expectations
• Help to define resources required for initiative execution
• Collaborate and mentor others in improving maintenance business performance (i.e. disciplined spend management)
• Work with maintenance departments to identify ideas, organize Idea Generation Workshops, carry out prioritization via RIPT and existing maintenance processes
• Understand current performance, benchmarking results and ranges, and performance gaps
• Support preparation of decision-making package for ideas that will go for approval to the MLT
• Support Product Owner(s) and Execution Team(s) in project execution, provide feedback and develop Product Owners
