Looking for a senior ui/ux designer

someone with solid independent experience who still wants to be hands-on, actually making the design.
i'm building mindset, a design studio at the intersection of design and ai. small team, early days.
what you'd be doing:
designing on client projects directly, digital products mostly, from early concepts through to final ui
working with us on questions around how ai is changing design, turning those conversations into real design work we then put out into the world
growing the design team over time, with a path to design director if that's interesting to you
what matters to us:
portfolio is the first thing we look at, and honestly the most important. we care about the visual quality of your work, so please include it when you apply. without it we won't be able to consider your application
product experience, you've built apps or products and know what that process feels like end to end
you're using ai in your workflow in some form
you still genuinely enjoy the craft, sitting down and making things
english at a working level, our clients and projects are in english
what we offer:
monthly budget from €3,500 (and significantly more if you're able to take on a larger share of the work)
clients in the us and europe
courses and learning covered if needed
office in amsterdam if you want it, remote-friendly either way
