Looking for a freelance Marketing Strategist to support sibling studio on a short-term project for a global beauty brand

We're specifically looking for someone with experience developing integrated marketing, communications or campaign frameworks across PR, influencer, social and community channels.
This is less about brand positioning and more about understanding how different channels work together to build long-term brand preference, participation and distinction.
Experience in beauty, lifestyle, retail or consumer brands is a bonus, but we're primarily looking for someone who has helped organisations rethink marketing ecosystems, campaign planning, creator strategies, channel roles and audience engagement.
Strong strategic thinking, excellent deck-writing skills and the ability to translate ideas into practical recommendations for internal teams are essential.
