GENERAL PURPOSE
Responsible for shipping purchase orders, documenting operations, carrying out imports and managing the documentation invoice, certificates of origin etc, commerce file and tracking shipments
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Create invoices for each shipment
Document shipments to meet importation requirements
Enter pedimentos in the system
Manage importation file and payments for custom brokers
Meet the specific requirements of collections and direct deliveries
Coordinate shipments from each country depending on the origin of the purchase order
coordinate shipments for each port and destination warehouse
Assist purchasing with questions and requirements regarding shortages or wrong products

QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in international commerce or equivalent
Licenses and Certifications
Microsoft skills
Skills and Abilities
Experience in Importation
Able to communicate in English language
Competences
Teamwork, orientation to the service, capacity for decision making, focus on results, planning and control, effective communication, responsibility, problem analysis, commitment
