About the role
As a Learning & Development Specialist, you’ll shape the way learning happens inside GoodHabitz. You’ll design impactful development experiences, drive our internal learning strategy, and help our people build the skills they need to thrive today and in the future. From leadership development to AI capabilities, you’ll work closely with managers, HR, and teams across the business to turn learning needs into engaging, scalable solutions. You’ll also help us become our own best customer by driving adoption and activation of the GoodHabitz platform internally. This is a role for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution—and who gets energized by creating a culture where continuous learning is part of everyday work.
What you will do
Drive the Learning & Development agenda across GoodHabitzDevelop and implement learning strategies aligned with business goals and growth prioritiesDesign and facilitate engaging training programs, workshops, and learning initiativesIdentify organizational learning needs and translate them into scalable development solutionsPartner with business leaders and HR teams to address skill gaps and capability buildingManage and optimize digital learning platforms and tools, including the GoodHabitz platformTrack learning effectiveness and analyse performance metrics to drive continuous improvementSupport leadership development and talent growth initiatives across the organizationStay up to date with global L&D trends and best practices to keep our learning culture future-focusedEncourage a culture of continuous learning, curiosity, and professional growth
Requirements
7–10 years of experience in Learning & Development, ideally within an international or global organizationExperience working with digital learning platforms and modern learning technologiesExperience with GoodHabitz products is a strong plusStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate learning data into actionable insightsExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsKnowledge of global L&D best practices and emerging learning trendsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and functionsYou’re also someone who:
