Responsibilities
Leading the QA process across the project, ensuring testing coverage and product quality.
Planning and coordinating testing activities, including functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
Creating and maintaining test documentation (test plans, test cases, checklists).
Managing the defect lifecycle and prioritizing issues with development and product teams.
Mentoring QA engineers and supporting their professional growth.
Collaborating with stakeholders to clarify requirements and define quality standards.
Participating in release planning and validating builds before deployment.
Identifying process gaps and driving improvements in the QA workflow.
Requirements
Experience as a QA Lead or Senior QA Engineer for 2.5+ years.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies, SDLC, and QA best practices.
Hands-on experience with test design, test execution, and defect management tools.
Ability to plan, estimate, and coordinate testing activities across a team.
Solid experience with API testing, SQL, and basic technical investigation (logs, debugging tools).
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and influence the team.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
Nice to have
Experience with automation tools or ability to review automation scripts.
Familiarity with CI/CD processes and quality metrics.
Knowledge of performance or security testing practices.
