Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive promotional strategies aligned with overall marketing objective
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of promotional specialists, providing guidance and support in executing impactful campaigns
Manage and oversee all promotional activities, ensuring they align with the brand and resonate with the target audience
Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and develop engaging promotional materials
Monitor industry trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for innovative promotional campaigns
Analyze promotional performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future campaigns
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to integrate promotional efforts with broader initiatives
Stay informed about competitors' promotional activities and market trends
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in a promotional management role, demonstrating success in developing and executing effective campaigns
Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
