Lead Java Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Java Developer who combines outstanding engineering expertise with leadership, ownership, and excellent communication skills.

Design and develop scalable enterprise-grade Java applications
Drive modern software engineering standards and methodologies
Apply best practices in architecture, clean code, testing, CI/CD, and DevOps
Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and engineering practices
Improve development processes, code quality, and team productivity
Required Skills & Experience:
8+ years of professional Java development experience
Strong experience in leading engineering teams and customer-facing projects
Excellent knowledge of Java and modern backend development
Strong experience with:
Java 17+
Spring Boot / Spring Cloud
Microservices architecture
REST APIs and distributed systems
SQL and NoSQL databases
Docker & Kubernetes
