We are seeking a Lead Data Scientist to contribute to our next level of growth and expansion.
What is this position about?
We are looking for a Lead Data Scientist with strong experience in marketing analytics to join a high-impact, client-facing team. This role focuses on Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), including model development, data pipelines, validation processes, and business interpretation. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise (Python, SQL, cloud) with stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate in fast-paced, high-demand environments aligned with U.S. time zones.
Lead the development and training of Marketing Mix Models (MMM) to support data-driven marketing decisions
Design, build, and maintain data pipelines for MMM features and scoring processes
Perform input and output data validation to ensure model accuracy and reliability
Translate complex model outputs into clear business insights and actionable recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align analytics solutions with business needs
Manage multiple priorities and deliverables under tight and shifting deadlines
Ensure high-quality standards in all deliverables, with strong attention to detail
Create clear and compelling presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
Handle stakeholder interactions, including managing expectations and navigating challenging conversations
Adapt to dynamic environments with frequent interruptions, urgent requests, and evolving priorities
Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, modeling, and statistical work
Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and validation
Experience working with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or similar)
Advanced Excel skills for data handling and reporting
Experience in Marketing Analytics; MMM experience is a strong plus
Solid understanding of data pipelines, feature engineering, and model validation processes
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly
Proven experience managing stakeholders in demanding environments
Ability to work independently and maintain high performance under pressure
