Who We're Looking For
The Lead administrator role is primarily responsible to serve in as a technical lead for the Security Access Management (SAM) team and assists SA IV with various strategic and departmental projects, as assigned. This position coordinates activities between the SAM team and other functional departments to ensure project issues are communicated and resolved within the established company guidelines.
The this position is responsible for assisting the SAM team with executing work priorities, establishing work schedules and assignments, providing technical and process guidance and representing the SAM function in interactions with other departments. The SA III also assists the SA IV in staff development, training, and budget development.-

Scope of the Role:
Direct Reports: This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Designs, analyzes, and documents IAM workflows, policies, and procedures to ensure secure and efficient access management.
Works alongside security engineers and administrators to develop and deploy IAM solutions.
Manages, configures, and integrates IGA platforms with other systems and applications
Writes technical documentation for processes and applications, facilitating the IAM function.
Defines and enforces role-based access control (RBAC), least privilege, and segregation of duties (SoD).
Tests, installs, and maintains IAM/IGA applications.
Provides support to internal users and support staff.
Investigates IAM incidents for missing or incorrect functionality.
Partners with Senior Engineers on assessing incident resolution and estimates IGA application changes.
Performs regular system audits and generates compliance reports
Experience, Education, and Certifications:
5-8 years of Cyber Security Engineering Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science or a related field.
Experience with IAM/IGA Tools, Policies, & Practices.
Experience with configuring and administration in IGA software. Examples can include SailPoint, Linx, Conductor One (C1) or others.
Experience with configuring and administration of PAM software and knowledge of PAM technologies with a focus on BeyondTrust Password Safe.
Strong experience with Active Directory, LDAP, Entra ID, and REST APIs.
Strong experience with OAuth, SAML, FIDO2 and other authentication protocols.
Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, JavaScript, Python, or Ruby for automation

Background in the telecommunications industry desired
