LAD Partner Governance Specialist - Vaga exclusiva para pessoa com deficiência - PCD

We are looking for a Partner Governance Specialist to support and oversee partner governance activities across Latin America. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with partner program policies and governance processes, supporting partnership agreement concessions, and providing guidance to internal partner managers and partners regarding partnership rules and requirements.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and organizational skills, experience working with cross-functional teams, and the ability to interpret policies and assess business scenarios in alignment with governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain governance controls related to partner agreement concessions and renewals across Latin America.
Evaluate partnership requests and business scenarios against partner program policies, governance rules, and compliance requirements.
Participate in meetings with partner managers and partners to explain partnership rules, processes, and eligibility criteria.
Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Litigation, and business teams to support governance assessments and decision-making processes.
Track governance approvals, exceptions, and documentation to ensure proper auditability and process consistency.
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of partner governance processes and operational controls.
Help ensure alignment between regional business needs and global governance standards.
