• Maintain a continuous improvement of technical competences in the office
• Technical development of new services
Checking the result after technician finish.
Ensure the result is correct per client's requirement
Confirm and communication by email to CS.
Understand and know how to use the machine in HLL.
Release the result within TAT.
Clarify all information from WO prior perform the test.Double check on test assignment vs sample.
Clarify unclear information of testing program with KAM
Coorporation and support all team members
Control sample in & out daily.
Follow up outstanding list with technician daily
Support for training and development to expand the lab capacibility.
Follow and release PT sample within failure limitation percentage (2.5%).
Other duties upon requested
College or above
At least 2 years of experience in TIC industry
Good communication skills
Good in English and Ms Office
Good in management Skill
Good in presentation skill
