Junior Talent Acquisition Partner

Sumsub is hiring a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner for a fully remote role within its international Talent team. This is a strong opportunity for someone early in recruitment who wants to grow in a fast-moving global tech environment, working in fintech / digital trust alongside an experienced international team.
What you’ll do:
publish and maintain open roles across the company website and job boards
source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, referrals, Boolean and X-Ray search
screen CVs and conduct first-round phone / video interviews
partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support recruitment delivery
maintain ATS data accuracy and candidate pipeline tracking
help build strong candidate relationships and contribute to hiring outcomes that support business growth
What we’re looking for:
1+ year of experience as a recruiter, sourcer, HR assistant, or relevant client-facing / customer-facing role
fluent English
strong communication and relationship-building skills
high attention to detail and proactive working style
interest in growing a long-term career in Talent Acquisition / recruitment
comfort working in a fast-paced international tech environment
