(Junior) Social Media Manager - Greece (all genders)

Own and manage ABOUT YOU Greece’s social media channels (Instagram as primary focus)
Develop and execute local social media content strategies aligned with brand and business goals
Create engaging, trend-driven content tailored to the Greek market
Monitor performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize content based on insights
Manage community engagement and ensure consistent brand communication
Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and agencies on campaigns and content productions
Support influencer collaborations, events, and content shoots
Identify trends and translate them into relevant content opportunities
2–4 years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok ecosystems
Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills
Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and digital culture
Proven experience with social media analytics, reporting, and content editing
Strong organizational and project management skills
Hands-on experience with tools like Dash Hudson, Meta Business Suite, or similar (plus)
Fluent in Greek and English
