About the role:
As a Junior Associate / Associate (Band 1), you will be responsible for delivering high quality outputs and building professional expertise. This will be achieved through developing foundational skills and knowledge, contributing towards overall team objectives, timely execution of tasks and collaboration. You will be open-minded and embrace change whilst valuing diverse perspectives and channelling a 'can-do' attitude. You will support business and people growth to enable Aztec's future ambitions.
Key Role Responsibilities:
• Provides first-line IT service management support, resolving basic issues and escalating complex incidents in line with ITIL processes.
• Supports and maintains ITSM systems (including Ivanti), documentation, system monitoring, reporting and audit requirements.
• Assists with change, release and testing activities, including gathering requirements and validating enhancements.
• Delivers clear communication and basic end user guidance while maintaining strong customer service and stakeholder relationships.
• Operates as a junior, developing role with a strong focus on learning, process improvement, compliance and teamwork.
