(Junior) E-commerce production & content creation coordinator - EDITED (all genders)

EDITED has established itself as a well-known international fashion brand that stands out with a detailed design language, extraordinary capsule collections and high-quality basics. Our international creative team in Berlin designs trend focused collections and exclusive styles with a premium feel.
This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) on a one-year fixed-term contract.
Coordinate photoshoot schedules and oversee the timely arrival of all collection styles to ensure smooth preparation for e-commerce shoots
Collaborate closely with the EDITED creative team on e-commerce briefings, visual direction, and styling guidance for each collection
Coordinate model and stylist bookings, as well as showroom availability in alignment with the EDITED team
Support the Stylist in preparing and styling looks for e-commerce shoots, ensuring the styling deck and all looks are organized, accurate, and ready prior to each shoot
Support e-commerce shoots on set; saving, naming and sorting imagery according to our internal processes
Support post-production processes: retouch and uploading the imagery into the system
Support the EDITED marketing team with additional tasks such as content creation for other channels, capturing BTS, reporting files, etc.
Proven experience in studio production, fashion shoot coordination, or styling assistance
Good organizational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Solid understanding of fashion aesthetics, composition, and brand identity
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and GChat
Strong team spirit, hands-on mentality, and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English
