What will you do?
We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior 3D Generalist to start their career with our creative team developing content for AAA games. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate or emerging artist with foundational 3D skills and a passion for game development. You will have the opportunity to learn from industry veterans while contributing to high-quality game projects. This role offers excellent growth potential as you develop expertise across multiple 3D disciplines, from character and prop modeling to environment creation, all while working with cutting-edge tools and real-time rendering technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Create diverse 3D models, textures, and assets across multiple categories including characters, props, and environments.
Support senior artists and learn established pipelines while contributing to various project needs.
Assist in asset optimization and quality assurance under senior guidance.
Use industry-standard tools like Maya, Blender, ZBrush, and Substance Suite to develop foundational 3D skills.
Learn to implement and troubleshoot assets in game engines like Unreal Engine or Unity.

Requirements:
1+ years of experience in 3D art for games, or recent graduate from relevant program.
Promising portfolio demonstrating foundational 3D modeling, texturing, and creative problem-solving abilities.
Basic proficiency in 3D software (e.g., Maya, Blender, ZBrush) and texturing tools (e.g., Substance Painter, Photoshop).
Understanding of PBR workflows and willingness to learn real-time rendering techniques.
Sufficient English proficiency for professional communication and collaboration.
Strong eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment.
Good communication skills and positive attitude toward feedback.

Formal education in 3D art, game development, or related field.
Personal projects demonstrating passion for game development.
Basic familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Perforce, Git).
Interest in multiple 3D disciplines and willingness to adapt to project needs.
