Java Developer

We are BLD Soft , a product-driven IT company that has been developing a platform for IPTV/OTT services since 2015. Our in-house solutions - streaming, CDN, and middleware - ensure stable system performance for millions of users.
We are currently looking for Java Developer to join our team.
What You’ll Do:
• Develop and maintain backend services with complex business logic.
• Design and implement new microservices, while gradually decomposing existing monolithic modules.
• Improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of high-load systems.
• Ensure high availability and stable operation of microservices in production environments.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decisions across the backend domain.
Requirements:
Must-Have:
• 3+ years of commercial experience in Java development.
• Strong knowledge of Core Java 17+.
• Solid understanding of OOP principles and GoF design patterns.
• Experience with Spring Boot 3 and REST API development.
• Experience with microservices architecture and common microservices patterns.
• Practical experience with Hibernate, JDBC, and MySQL.
• Experience working with RabbitMQ and Redis.
• Strong understanding of SOLID, KISS, and YAGNI principles.
• Experience writing unit tests.
• Intermediate English level proficiency.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with Spring Security and Spring Data
• Familiarity with ELK stack
• Knowledge of Multithreading
• Familiarity with Tomcat, CI/CD tools and *nix systems
• Experience of writing highload RESTful services
• Good skills of using Git
• Familiarity with Gradle
• Skills of writing good unit and integration tests
• Familiarity with GO/RUST
