About the position
As an iOS Developer, you will join the Car Market team to build cutting-edge features for Qatar's fast-growing car marketplace and support existing functionality.
The QIC Car Market team builds a seamless platform for buying and selling cars, boosting trust and accessibility. Our mission is to develop strategies for listings, search, dealer management, pricing, and transactions. By providing a reliable experience, we strengthen the market and support the growth of new QIC businesses.
Responsibilities
Create new features functionality, based on design and analytics materials provided, as well as push forward new releases of iOS application
Cover code with unit-tests covering all edge cases, usability issues and general reliability
Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
Working closely with analytics, designers, QA team
Requirements
At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position
Significant experience with all aspects of native mobile application development on iOS, Swift
Proficiency in multithreading, async/await or GCD
Has used several tools from SwiftUI
Have published at least one original iOS app
Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
English level B1 or higher

Long-term service agreement contract with QIC with 3 months probation period

Payment in US dollars monthly to your bank account using SWIFT
Full-time remote, work schedule: 5 days per week, Sunday to Thursday, GMT +3 timezone
Vacation policy: Qatar Holiday Calendar, 20 vacation days, 10 sick offs
Performance reviews are conducted twice a year, with the possibility of a rais
