工艺工程师-Инженер по технологическим процессам

Responsibilities:
1、工艺资料制作，标准工时核算，M-BOM制作；
2、新项目投产工装设备、电测台需求评估；
3、工艺方法设计、人员需求评估、场地布局设计；
4、工装板布局评估，holder技术确认制定；
5、相似零件防错分析；特殊工艺、新工艺识别；
6、新项目投产进度控制，制定相关节点计划，新员工培训；
7、持续改善方案提出；
8、积极完成上级领导交办的其他工作任务。 9、请提交您的简历，语言可以是英文或中文。
• Preparation of process documents, standard working hours calculation, and M-BOM creation;
• Evaluation of tooling and electrical testing station requirements for new project production;
• Process method design, personnel requirement assessment, and site layout planning;
• Evaluation of fixture board layout and confirmation/formulation of holder technology;
• Error-proofing analysis for similar parts; identification of special and new processes;
• Production progress control for new projects, development of related milestone plans, and training of new employees;
• Proposal of continuous improvement solutions;
• Proactively complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders;

• Requirements:

4、具备制造业工艺与实践能力；
5、熟悉运用CAD、OFFICE等软件知识；
6、具备精益优化思想及实践能力；
7、大专及以上学历，理工类相关专业优先；
8、1年以上制造业工艺工程师工作经历。
9、有汽车零配件等行业经验者优先；
10、团队带教能力。
11、具备日常英语交流能力。
12、洞察力；团队协作，能勇于担任项目主导。

• Proficient in manufacturing processes and practical skills;
• Familiar with software such as CAD and Microsoft Office;
• Possesses lean optimization mindset and practical abilities;
• Associate degree or above, with preference for science and engineering majors;
• Over 1 year of experience as a process engineer in the manufacturing industry;
• Experience in the automotive parts industry is preferred;
• Ability to mentor and lead a team;
• Capable of daily communication in English;
• Strong insight, team collaboration skills, and courage to take the lead on projects.
