Our 6-month Internship Program provides opportunities across the organization, enabling you to gain a deep understanding of our business offerings and operations. You will acquire valuable hands-on experience that will support both your current academic journey and your future career development.

Many of our interns are offered full-time employment upon successful completion of the program, making this an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career.
We are seeking candidates with either technical or non-technical academic backgrounds to join our European Region.
• Technical path:
The ICT industry offers young professionals the opportunity to work as engineers in our key technical domains such as core networks, wireless networks, fixed networks, optical fiber, radio frequency (RF) technology, cloud computing or big data.
Given the complexity and scale of our products and services, developing strong technical expertise is essential to delivering high-quality solutions to our customers and partners.
Typical internship positions areas may include: Network, Design, RF, Optical, Video, Ran, Site Design, IT, Data Engineer, Presales, Account or Channel Manager, Solution Sales, Service Engineer, etc.
• Non-technical path
If you possess strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to see the bigger picture, you may choose to develop your professional career in one of our business functions.
Typical business functions include: Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing, Administration, Legal, Compliance, and Commercial & Contract Management
Requirements:
• Previous work experience is not mandatory. We are looking for passionate, proactive individuals with a positive attitude and strong learning agility.
• Current students or fresh graduates.
• Interest in working in cross-cultural and diverse teams.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a dynamic international environment.
