About TelecomSoft
We are a subsidiary of Uztelecom — the largest telecom operator in Uzbekistan. For 13+ years we've been building IT products used by over 5 million people. Our portfolio includes AI-powered video analytics, smart city infrastructure (yes, those traffic cameras across Tashkent are ours), cloud platforms, and custom enterprise software. In 2023 we entered the commercial market — and now we're scaling internationally.
We're looking for a hungry, results-driven BDM to join our Export and International Relations department at TelecomSoft.
We build real, working IT solutions — from AI-powered video analytics to enterprise software — and now we need the right person to take them global across MENA, APAC, CIS, and Europe.
What You Will Do:
Sales & Partnerships (80%)
• Manage the full international sales cycle for our IT products and outsourcing services
• Build relationships with global system integrators, distributors, and White Label partners
• Research markets, analyze competitors, and execute go-to-market strategies by region
• Close B2B/B2G deals with enterprise clients and government sectors
International Operations (20%)
• Coordinate international business trips for leadership — visas, logistics, meeting schedules
• Manage cross-border documentation: contracts, NDAs, invitation letters, accreditations
• Prepare post-trip reports and market visit summaries for executive team
You're not just selling products — you're building the engine that drives TelecomSoft's global presence.
What We Expect:
• Track record in international B2B IT sales, SaaS, or outsourcing
• Fluent English (B2–C1) — strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to translate tech into business value
• Strong organizational skills across multiple international projects
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Proactive, self-driven mindset
