Freedom24 is looking for an Internal Communications and HR Brand Expert to join the team in Limassol, Cyprus. This is a full-time, on-site role for a communications professional who enjoys shaping internal culture, executive messaging, and employee engagement in a fast-paced international business.
What you’ll do:
develop and continuously improve the internal communications strategy aligned with company goals and values
create, edit, and distribute content across internal channels including newsletters, intranet, executive emails, memos, and announcements
partner with senior leadership and executives to craft clear messaging around organizational changes and
ensure consistency in tone of voice and communication standards across departments
coordinate communication calendars around launches, milestones, and business events
drive employee engagement initiatives including town halls, all-hands meetings, and internal campaigns
monitor communication effectiveness, collect employee feedback, and optimise internal comms strategy
collaborate with HR, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth information flow
manage internal communication platforms including Slack and distribution tools
support HR communications, employer branding, and internal culture initiatives
What we’re looking for:
3–5+ years in internal communications, corporate communications, PR, or related roles
experience working with senior stakeholders / executives
strong writing, editing, storytelling, and content planning skills
experience with Slack, intranet tools, and email distribution platforms
basic analytics mindset to measure communications impact
employer branding experience is a plus
change management communications experience is an advantage
experience organizing all-hands / town halls is welcome
