What you’ll do
Develop core business skills including soft skills and technical training
Gain hands-on experience to day-to-day fund administration operations
Build additional knowledge in the administration of funds and fund structures
Follow a structured training programme, designed by our Aztec Academy and supported by experienced colleagues
Opportunity to gain additional relevant qualifications during your internship
Introduction to clients and stakeholder management
Exposure and training on our IT systems
Understand the importance and management of risk
Gain insight into our high touch, high tech approach to client service
Take part in networking, meetings and social events
Expand your understanding of our career opportunities to support your future career goals
Your skills
Studying a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or other relevant subject (being within your last year of studies),
Analytical and problem solving skills,
Confident communication skills to engage with colleagues and clients,
Ability to prioritise and time manage workload,
A drive to learn and positive attitude,
Good attention to detail,
A team player who is willing to get stuck in, work hard and have fun!
Being available to start in July 2027, for a duration of 6 months,
Being able to have an Internship Agreement with your university.
Make a good impression and you could be offered a permanent position as a Junior Fund Administrator following the end of your internship.
