We invite a talented Intermediate Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our early-stage startup. In this role, you’ll help shape the next generation of construction technology, creating solutions that make a tangible impact on how teams operate on site. You’ll work across the React frontend and Python/Node backend, integrating AI/ML pipelines and developing features that optimize real-world construction workflows.

✅ Is that you?
+6 years of backend development experience (Python and/or Node.js)Practical experience working with LLMs, RAG, or NLP workflows (professional or strong personal projects)Experience contributing to early-stage products or building applications from scratchStrong execution mindset — able to take requirements and deliver without heavy guidanceComfortable working in a startup environment with evolving requirementsSolid understanding of APIs, backend architecture, and data handling
Desirable:
Experience with LangChain or similar LLM application frameworksFamiliarity with deploying models to Google Cloud Run or similar environmentsExperience working with 2D PDFs
🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution
In this role, you’ll own key product features, work closely with the team, and help build solutions that deliver real value to our users.
Own and enhance core features across the React frontend and Python/Node backendCollaborate with Product and Design to deliver elegant, high-performance solutionsDesign and maintain APIs, data models, and PostgreSQL database schemasIntegrate AI/ML pipelines, including PDF parsing, document insights, and automated submittal reviewWork closely with users and customers to understand construction workflows and evolve the platform to meet real-world needsWrite clean, tested code, participate in code reviews and pair programming, and promote best practice
