Inspection manager

As a project manager, lead the team to achieve audit objectives. Specifically, be responsible for end-to-end project implementation, progress, and quality management, including risk analysis, audit testing and risk verification, fact confirmation, and audit reporting. Lead the audit efforts for new business scenarios or complex scenarios, and provide objective assessments of the audited entities, identifying significant risks.
• Participate as a core member in risk insight and planning for regional business, and output risk insights and audit project plans.
• Lead or participate as a core team member in rated audit projects or special audit projects in different countries.
• Conduct project reviews and case summaries, adapt and optimize audit procedures/templates/tools/methods, and participate in developing scenario-based audit guidelines.
• Advise management on best practices in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC).
Requirements:
• Professional KnowledgePreferred fields: Auditing, Compliance, Legal, General Accounting, Finance, Business Skills
• Professional audit qualification is an advantage; CIA or CPA certificate is preferred.
• Strong data collection, data clearing and data analysis capabilities.
• Proficient in using relevant office tools, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• Quick learning agility, able to quickly get familiar with Huawei’s business systems and workflows.
• Working Experience 5+ years of audit working experience, with over 2 years of audit project team management experience.Candidates with working experience in accounting firms or multinational enterprises.
• Education : Bachelor’s degree or above
• Language : Requirements Excellent written and verbal English skills for international business collaboration.
• Proficiency in additional languages such as Chinese is a plus.
