Responsible for supporting and developing incident response (IR) processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Developing and optimizing IR processes and playbooks.
• Integrating processes with other systems (CMDB, SOAR).
• Monitoring process effectiveness and preparing metrics.
• Training the team and ensuring process compliance.
Requirements:
• Experience designing IR processes.
• Knowledge of BPMN, ITIL, and NIST frameworks.
• Process Thinking: Systematic approach to process design.
• Analytical Skills: Evaluating effectiveness and driving optimization.
• Communication: Training and supporting staff.
