Implementation Consultant

Responsibilities
Applies detailed knowledge of Altera’s products and solutions, including Paragon, within specific domains, functional, or specialty areas to implement and support Altera software at client sitesCollaborates across Altera teams to help deliver client solutions and successful project outcomesPerforms all project workplan tasks for assigned role in accordance with contracted project scopePerforms system configuration tasks and provides system configuration consultation to clientsProvides workflow consultation and guidance in line with Altera recommendations and best practicesIdentifies, resolves, and/or appropriately escalates system and workflow issues that arise throughout an implementation projectProvides activation and go-live supportMeets or exceeds utilization targets set by the organizationSets appropriate expectations with clients and manages them throughout the project lifecycleExecutes all tasks related to a contracted project role independently, with limited support or mentorship as neededProvides feedback to appropriate internal organizational groups on software and methodology improvementsFacilitates the process of defining client expectations by asking key questions that help clients identify and articulate their needsBuild trust by communicating effectively with clients regarding issues, concerns, and recommendationsDevelops and presents recommendations that address key client objectives
Qualifications
Academic and Professional Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work-related experience
Experience
4–7 years of relevant work experienceAdvanced knowledge of Altera solutions and Paragon products preferredExperience with software implementation, workflow consulting, system configuration, and client support
Travel Requirements
International travel may be requiredUp to 80% travel may be required
Working Arrangements
Standard work week or as defined by assignment requirementsPrimarily working in a standard office environment or remotelyMay require after-hours, on-call support, and/or holiday coverage
