I’m #hiring a Vault & Liquidity Operations Lead for a high-growth digital asset platform building at the intersection of DeFi, RWA yield, tokenisation, and institutional finance.
Excellent founding team from major institutional backgrounds, well backed by a leading international VC and with a highly innovative product, coming to market as the Tokenisation sector is set to boom.
This is a hands-on role for someone who has operated live on-chain capital and understands the discipline needed to manage high-value transactions, liquidity flows, vault mechanics, and operational risk in real time.
You’ll be taking ownership of daily vault operations across:
Deposits and redemptions
On-chain transaction execution
Liquidity management
Portfolio rebalancing
Multi-sig approvals
SOPs, controls and runbooks
Coordination with issuers, tokenisers and ecosystem partners
The ideal background would be someone from a DeFi vault, lending protocol, crypto fund, on-chain treasury team, RWA platform, staking / liquid staking business, or digital asset operations function.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join an early-stage team building the operational backbone for the next generation of on-chain asset management.
