We are looking for a HR Specialist to be a part of our HR team in Almaty
Role Purpose
To ensure timely and high-quality fulfillment of business unit hiring needs by managing the full recruitment cycle – from workforce demand analysis and candidate sourcing to offer approval and employee onboarding.
What We Expect:
• Manage the full recruitment cycle (end-to-end) from vacancy intake to candidate onboarding.
• Analyze hiring needs and clarify role requirements, timelines, and employment conditions with Hiring Managers.
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for assigned vacancies.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, HeadHunter, professional communities, social media, referrals, and direct headhunting.
• Prepare and publish job advertisements; manage candidate applications and initial communication.
• Conduct candidate interviews (phone, online, face-to-face) and assess professional, behavioral, and leadership competencies.
• Apply structured assessment methods, including competency-based interviews, case studies, test tasks, and assessment centers.
• Prepare structured feedback and hiring recommendations, coordinate interview stages with business stakeholders.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through transparent communication and timely feedback throughout the process.
• Manage offer preparation and negotiations, support pre-boarding and onboarding, and maintain recruitment reporting and analytics.
Qualifications:
• English - Upper Intermediate level. Good level of Kazakh and Russian languages.
• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment (in-house and/or agency).
• Hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment.
• Proven experience in active sourcing and successful vacancy closure.
• Experience hiring across different seniority levels (Associate / Specialist / Executive).
• Strong structured and competency-based interviewing skills.
• Ability to build effective partnerships with Hiring Managers and candidates.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Offer negotiation and closing skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused mindset with strong ownership for results.
