HR Specialist (Leadership Support)

KPMG is looking for an HR Specialist (Leadership Support) to join its People team and support key HR initiatives related to performance management, learning & development, employee well-being, and leadership reporting. This role combines HR operations, analytics, stakeholder management, and project coordination in an international professional services environment.
What you’ll do:
support performance management and employee assessment processes
coordinate learning & development initiatives, including vendor management, contracts, payments, reporting, and training logistics
collaborate with global teams on internal learning programs
oversee employee well-being benefits and related services
administer vacation and approval processes in line with company policies
collect, analyze, and interpret survey and research data
prepare reports, presentations, and executive-level materials for leadership teams
support management reviews with data-driven insights and recommendations
What they’re looking for:
3+ years of HR experience, ideally in Performance Management, Learning & Development, or Employee Well-being
strong analytical skills and experience working with surveys, research, and reporting
ability to create executive-level presentations and structured reports
experience working with senior stakeholders and international teams
strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills
proactive and detail-oriented approach to work
