Responsibilities:
Recruit and source truck drivers across the United States (CDL drivers / owner-operators) Conduct initial screening and interviews with candidates Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing → interview → onboarding) Maintain and update candidate database Make outbound “warm calls” to potential candidates from paid databases Work with dispatch/safety teams to fulfill staffing needs Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment and retention reports Communicate with candidates via phone, email, and messaging platforms (Facebook/Telegram) Support HR operations and other related tasks as needed Requirements: English level: Advanced (B2–C1+ preferred) Russian: Conversational (preferred) Strong communication and negotiation skills High responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail Ability to work in fast-paced environment Experience in recruitment: At least 2 years Knowledge of Social platforms (indeed, facebook, etc.) We Offer:
