We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented HR Partner to join our Tech Consulting organization in Finland. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, supporting strategic business goals through strong HR partnership, organizational development, and people-focused initiatives.
You will work closely with business leaders across a dynamic consulting environment, contributing to HR strategies, driving organizational effectiveness, and enabling a high-performing and engaging workplace culture.
This is an opportunity for a senior HR professional who enjoys working in a complex, fast-paced international environment and wants to influence both people and business outcomes.
Your responsibilities
Partner with leaders and managers on strategic and operational HR mattersAdvise and support managers and employees in areas such as organizational development, performance management, employee relations, talent management, and change managementContribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and processes aligned with business objectivesLead or participate in cross-functional and cross-country HR initiatives and projectsDrive continuous improvement of HR processes, practices, and employee experienceSupport organizational transformation, workforce planning, and capability developmentUse data and business insight to support decision-making and people-related strategiesCollaborate with HR colleagues and business stakeholders across the organizationBuild strong internal networks and act as an HR expert and sparring partner within your area of responsibility
What we are looking for
Several years of experience in a senior HR Business Partner or HR Partner role, preferably within consulting, technology, or other fast-paced expert organizationsStrong understanding of modern HR practices and employment legislation in FinlandAbility to handle complex HR topics with confidence, professionalism, and sound judgmentProven experience supporting leaders in organizational change and business transformationStrong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skillsCommercial mindset and strong understanding of business operations and organizational dynamicsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and functionsExperience working in international or matrix organizations is considered an advantageFluency in English and FinnishWe offer
