We are looking for HR Operations Specialists who will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support across the entire employee lifecycle within the EMEA region - from hiring and onboarding, through employee changes, to offboarding in EMEA region.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinating the onboarding process and preparing employment documentation
Creating and maintaining employee records and updating data in HR systems (HRIS)
Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of HR data in line with GDPR requirements and company policies
Managing employee lifecycle changes, including promotions, transfers, salary adjustments, position changes, and organizational structure updates
Cooperating with Payroll teams to provide payroll-related data and resolve day-to-day payroll inquiries
Administering employee benefits programs (e.g., insurance, pension plans, wellbeing initiatives)
Supporting time and attendance, leave, and absence management processes, including record maintenance
Preparing HR documentation, such as employment certificates, HR letters, and leave or parental leave documentation
Handling employee inquiries and supporting managers with ongoing HR-related matters
Participating in HR compliance activities, audits, and HR data reporting
Supporting Learning & Development processes, including training coordination, certifications, and performance review processes
Assisting with compensation-related activities, including salary reviews and bonus processes
Coordinating the offboarding process, including exit interviews, preparation of final documentation and settlements, access deactivation, and employee records archiving
We are looking for candidates who:
Have a good command of English (B2/C1 level) - mandatory - and one additional European language (B2/C1 level), such as German, French, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese, or Italian
Hold a university degree or relevant educational background in HR, Administration, Management, or a related field
Have experience in HR Administration or HR Operations (experience in an EMEA environment is an advantage)
Possess a good understanding of HR processes and basic labor law principles
Have experience working with, or are comfortable using, HRIS and/or payroll systems (preferred)
Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Are comfortable working with data and handling confidential information
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Can work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Have a collaborative mindset and are focused on providing support and solving problems efficiently
Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
