About the role
As an HR Data Analyst – Culture, Engagement & DE&I, you are part of our global HR Shared Service Center and contribute to data-driven decision-making across the organization. You play a key role in transforming people data into actionable insights that support HR leaders and senior stakeholders in understanding engagement, culture, and inclusion dynamics.
Working in a structured and analytics-driven environment, you enable evidence-based HR practices by combining strong analytical capability with clear communication and impactful storytelling.
This is your new job
You will analyze and translate people data into meaningful insights, enabling informed decision-making across HR and the business:
Analyze employee engagement, culture, and sentiment data from surveys and feedback mechanisms
Identify trends, drivers, and risk areas related to engagement and organizational health
Conduct deep-dive analyses following engagement surveys, pulse checks, and culture diagnostics
Analyze DE&I metrics, including representation, progression, and inclusion indicators
Identify patterns and disparities to support transparency and highlight potential risks
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
Integrate data from HR systems, surveys, and other sources into structured analytics frameworks
Translate complex data into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-ready presentations
Partner with HR, Culture & Engagement, and DE&I teams on analytical topics
Support leadership discussions through fact-based insights and storytelling
Ensure compliance with data privacy, ethics, and governance standards when handling sensitive data
This is you
You are a data-driven HR professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into business impact:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in data analytics, people analytics, or workforce analytics
Experience with engagement, culture, or DE&I analytics is strongly preferred
Advanced analytical capability, including experience with large datasets and multiple data sources
Proficiency in BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel
Experience working with HR systems (HRIS) and survey platforms
Strong storytelling mindset with the ability to translate complex findings into clear recommendations
High level of integrity and sensitivity when working with confidential and DE&I-related data
Collaborative and stakeholder-oriented approach
Advanced English proficiency with strong communication and presentation skills, enabling clear storytelling and translation of complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders
Experience in multinational or matrix organizations is an advantage
Affinity for or experience with AI-driven analytics is a plus
