HR Business Partner (HRBP)

A leading international global enterprise in renewable energy, ACWA Power, is looking for experienced HRBP to join the growing People & Culture team in Tashkent.
We are considering candidates from the CIS region ready to relocate.
Your Main Responsibilities:
Act as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business functions and project sites across Uzbekistan.
Partner closely with line managers and senior leadership to align HR initiatives with core business objectives.
Oversee the end-to-end HR lifecycle: talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and continuous development programs.
Ensure full alignment with local Uzbekistan labor laws and global corporate frameworks.
Deliver coaching and advisory support to managers and teams on all HR-related aspects.
Requirements for Candidates:
Education: Higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in a related field.
Languages: Advanced English and Uzbek are mandatory (Russian is a strong plus).
Experience: Strong background in HR operations, labor law compliance, and stakeholder management. Experience in greenfield, transformation, or startup projects is highly welcome.
Core Traits: High level of integrity, solution-focused approach, and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively under pressure.
