What you'll do:
Lead enterprise transformation and change management initiatives
Drive process optimization, operating model redesign, and business improvement programs
Partner with executive leadership to define transformation roadmaps
Oversee cross-functional strategic projects and governance frameworks
Measure business impact, operational efficiency, and transformation outcomes
Build a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement
Ideal profile:
Strong experience in Business Transformation, Strategy, PMO, Consulting, or Operational Excellence
Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programs
Experience working with C-suite stakeholders and executive committees
Strong analytical, financial, and change management capabilities
UAE/GCC experience is mandatory
